A learning management system (LMS) is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of education courses or training programs. LMS ranges from systems for managing training and educational records to software for distributing online or blended/hybrid courses over the Internet with features for online collaboration.

Description:
Part 2: After teacher documents have been stored in the cloud how does the student access the files? How does the student complete the forms, especially if they are pdf documents? What drop boxes are available for the studentst to return assignments? Will you be using student email? The student will know how to receive their email using Office 365.
Part 3: LMS Part 3 deals with the teacher grading the digital assignment and returning it back to the student.

Description:
The tools used are all great and easy ways to assess understanding, measure opinions, and explore ideas. ExamView features a user-friendly testing environment that allows you to not only publish traditional paper and computer based tests, but also Web-deliverable exams. Use the Quick Test Wizard to create an exam in less than five minutes. Poll Everywhere replaces expensive proprietary audience response hardware with standard web technology. It's the easiest way to gather live responses in any venue: conferences, presentations, classrooms. Poll Everywhere is free for audiences of 40 people or less. Use PollDaddy to test your students with pop quizzes. Gather feedback on course work, field trips, and events from students and colleagues. Socrative has multiple ways to elicit feedback from your students. Google Drive gives great reports!

Collaborative learning is a method of teaching and learning in which students team together to explore a significant question or create a meaningful project. A group of students discussing a lecture or students from different schools working together over the Internet on a shared assignment are both examples of collaborative learning. We will look at Collaborative Whiteboards, like Wallwisher, SMART Extreme Collboration and GoToMeeting. We will then use SKYDrive and participate in a class collaborative exercise.

A student portfolio is a systematic collection of student work and related material that depicts a student's activities, accomplishments, and achievements in one or more school subjects. The collection should include evidence of student reflection and self-evaluation, guidelines for selecting the portfolio contents, and criteria for judging the quality of the work. The goal is to help students assemble portfolios that illustrate their talents, represent their writing capabilities, and tell their stories of school achievement. Learn One-Note or have the students use SMART 11 or use hyperlinking in Word or PowerPoint to create an interactive portfolio.

Learn how to Reveal and Erase, Screen Shade and Reveal, Identify and Label, Dual Page, Interactive and Multimedia Content, Survey the SMART Exchange for classroom activities. Create a screencast (aka vodcast) lesson for your class using SMART record software.
